Vanessa Van Winkle-Ghaderi

Educational background: I have earned a B.A. In English language and literature, an M.A. In English, and have completed all of the coursework for a PhD in instructional design and technology.

Courses/focus areas: I have taught many courses during my 30 years -- business, technical, creative, and academic writing; speech, public speaking, and group discussion skills; information literacy, technology literacy, organization, and interpersonal communication; as well as vocabulary, grammar, and all levels of language skills. 

Languages: I understand just a little bit of Spanish and have an intermediate proficiency with Farsi/ Persian.

Fun fact: My favorite pastimes are reading and knitting for inside, gardening and hiking for outside.
